Located on Davenport just west of Yonge, units in The Yorkville will be priced at less than $300,000, with features like rooftop patios, distinctive building design, and a temperature controlled wine cellar.

Units will range in size from a 544 square foot one bedroom to a 948 square foot two bedroom with a den – see floorplans below.

Considering the desirability and prestige of this location, it’s likely the building will sell out quickly. Therefore, if you’re interested in learning more, you’re strongly advised to contact us so that we can forward information to you as it becomes availlable. The Yorkville Condominiums, the latest condo to launch in the neighbourhood!  Located at 32 Davenport Rd, the building will be approx. 31 storeys and will be home to 238 units. Lifetime Developments has hired the the architectural firm of Rudy Wallman to design The Yorkville Condominiums.  Mr. Wallman has been on a hot streak having designed X2 (near by), Lumiere on Bay St and Bisha in the entertainment district. The bold design he’s incorporated into The Yorkville are a much needed change for the traditional box and glass design seen throughout the City!

The developer intends to maintain contact with our building throughout the excavation and construction process. They are mindful of some problems created by the current work where The Florian will be, and they want to assure us that they intend to make this as neighbourly an undertaking as possible.

The 28-storey condominium building, including a 4-storey podium, 166 units and 165 parking spots in five underground levels, accessible from McMurrich Street, was approved by City Council in October 2009.

The developer is hoping to remove the townhouses just north of Moriyama, where their sales office will be situated, in March-April 2010 (licenses pending) and the sales office will open later in 2010. The Moriyama-Teshima offices will be vacated at the end of July 2010, at which time the developer is hoping to continue construction.
